Andrew Twigg is a designer, educator, and researcher.
Providing interdisciplinary design services including design and organizational strategy, experience design, user interface, and branding and identity work. His emerging practice includes helping organizations improve hiring and team formation, and improving collaboration.
Andrew is an Associate Teaching Professor at the School of Design at Carnegie Mellon University, focused on digital systems, prototyping, design fundamentals, visual communication, design systems, the impact of AI on design workflows and processes, and designing for collaboration.
Andrew is pursuing a PhD in Transition Design, with a focus on the intersection of design, collaboration, and care. He is developing frameworks and tools to improve team formation and team performance, increasing care in collaborative contexts through surfacing and interacting with values and goals.
